Natural growth wooded lots provide privacy and relaxation with plenty of room to bring your fishing boat. Guests have access to the community launch ramp which connects you to the Apalachicola River & Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. FOUR roomy bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms compliment the generous indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. $300/night with a 3 night minimum plus lodging tax and cleaning fee. (Common Area and Community Clubhouse available for rent for events, weddings, etc.) NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Additional cleaning fee for stays longer than 13 nights
