Jr. Holland hand built this floating vacation home to take his bride Rhonda up river for weekend get-aways and fishing trips. Now it is docked next to the Water Street Hotel, ready for you to come and “Set a Spell”. Enjoy the sunrise from the screened waterfront porch or toast the sunset from the top deck. This floating home can sleep up to 4 – 1 Queen Bed in the bedroom with a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the main living area. A full kitchen, large screen TV with cable, Wi-fi, and full bath with shower complete the set-up of this roomy houseboat. 2 night minimum, weekly and monthly rates are available. 10.5% tax plus cleaning fees will apply. NO pets allowed. NO Smoking.
